I have been a client of Nationwide (previously VPI) 15 years. All four of my dogs are insured. Payments are timely. Customer service is very good. I have never had an issue.

So simple to submit claims!
It's hard to choose a pet insurance company because there are so many options, I'm so glad I chose Figo! The mobile app is very easy to use and it's so simple to submit claims. Some of my claims have taken a week or two to complete but I've had others that closed within hours. Reimbursement goes straight into my bank account. I love having the peace of mind for our pup's health, I never want to have to decline a needed medical procedure due to cost, and now we don't need to worry.

It’s worth it!
I have been paying into this plan for a year and a half. I’m so glad I made the decision to buy this insurance! Recently my dog suffered multiple herniated discs and lost his ability to walk. Surgery was one of two options with the latter being euthanasia. Thanks to this insurance paying 90% ish (exam fees were excluded) of the total cost I didn’t even have to consider euthanasia. The dog is on the mend and within 5 days the reimbursement was in my account.

Good coverage bad payment vendor
The service is good I am please with the policy coverage, but the Chase payment method you use is bad and I do not wish to get paper checks its a pity change vendors!

The only Pet Insurance to have!
I am so impressed with Nationwide Pet Insurance. We have now been with with Nationwide for a year. They are very responsive with claims and questions. Even when my credit card was stolen and the payment didn't go through, they reached out by email and snail mail to alert me. I had forgotten to update my credit card with them, and most agencies would have cancelled the policy immediately. However I was able to get back as soon as they alerted me with an update without a break in coverage. This is wonderfull customer service.
