Exceeding Expectations
Have had insurance on my pets for 10+ years and have always appreciated it (as I have rescues and dogs with issues) but recently - the changes made to submitted a claim have just been superb and the change to the automated payment through Chase Bank has been incredibly easy, and the quick turn around from submission to payment has made me the happiest.
