Speedy

Had my 8 month old shihtzu spayed, blood work done and puppy tooth removed while she was under anesthesia. I bought pets best insurance as I am totally union. Pets best paid for most of her vet bill and that was like a reimbursement of half the insurance. Bella is a very active little shihtzu and I'm so very happy to have her covered by pets best. I compared different pet insurances and pets best is the best choice. Sending in the bills and reimbursement was simple and speedy. Keep up the great work.

Took weeks, paid incorrectly, no answer to follow up to correct

I submitted a claim that took weeks to review. The final outcome was that the claim was approved, but the charges were calculated incorrectly and I am owed additional money. I sent multiple emails will no answer or correction to my payment. I pay on time every month and expect to at least have decent turn around time on claim review and accurate claim payouts. I’m still appalled that no one from the service team has reached out about the incorrect payment despite multiple business days since my multiple follow up emails.

Everyone is so nice when you call! They mail out the refunds in a timely fashion. They ask questions and care about your pet. So far been very happy with this insurance company.

Healthy Paws made a hard time easier

It was such a relief to have Healthy Paws insurance when our dog recently had to have emergency surgery. Healthy Paws paid us accurately and on time. It is hard enough to have a pet go through something like this, and knowing that we have had insurance to help with expenses has made it much more bearable. I wish my personal health insurance was as easy as Healthy Paws!

Paws up!

Very pleased with service overall. However, recently there's been a problem between Chase and Comcast halting electronic payments. To date, that problem has not been resolved. That problem is causing delay in getting claims reimbursed.
