Healthy Paws was the best decision we made
We rescued our first dog in September 2019. My friend told me about Healthy Paws and I signed up. The sign up process was easy and the rates are very affordable. Little did I know 3 months later Carl would need surgery. We had many vet and ER visits before the surgery. This was a huge expense we weren’t expecting.The claim and payment process is easy and straight forward. They followed up to see how Carl was doing. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws!

I've been mailing claims to your office using the postal system, and that has worked well. However, from now on, with the help of our vet's office, I will ask them to fax or email claims which will make the process even easier and faster. I appreciate your concern for pet owners as well as for our pets.

TRUE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
After treatment was completed by our Vet Hospital I was given an itemized billing for professional services rendered. I called Trupanion to ask for assistance in submitting this claim and they immediately sent me a claim form to be completed. I followed their instructions and sent all information back to them for review and processing. The claim was processed and I just received a check for reimbursement less the deductible and services that were not eligible. I am very pleased with the services of Trupanion
