Great experience
My dog Harley had a small tumor on his lower rear right leg. I got very stressed out once the Vet said it had to be removed immediately and sent for a biopsy. Thank his the biopsy came back benign. That was a huge relieve since he’s not just our pet, he’s our family member. Thanks to nationwide my vet bill was alleviated, and the claim was handled extremely quickly. I’m very happy I have Harley covered by Nationwide since he’s been a puppy.

I am so happy with this company
No one insurance company can be all things to everyone, but it was a good choice 5 years ago when I got Flash. I realize their computer identifies my call and they answer asking me how Flash is. It is a nice touch. Once the paperwork is in order on a claim everything from there seems to run smoothly. They do a direct deposit back into an account so I am not waiting for the mail to arrive. It seems they think of everything.

Quick straightforward claims
It was fast and straight forward. I recieved a email shortly after submitting my claim that it was received and another a few days later that the claim was processed. the online submission is straightforward.
