What a relief after Ruby's surgery yesterday to just quickly pay my portion of the cost and go home. It was extremely fast and the ongoing service has been excellent for the 10 years that we have been enrolled! Thank you very much!

It's very easy to submit invoices on the website for a claim that's active. The initial claim takes a bit longer, but that is to be expected. I purchased the additional rider that covers services like acupuncture and it has served us well. The monthly premium has gotten higher over time, but it's still worth the expense to me.

The only issue was that the vet staff couldn't find Captain in their Trupanion Express system and had to call Trupanion to figure it out.
The only issue was that the vet staff couldn't find Captain in their Trupanion Express system and had to call Trupanion to figure it out. Trupanion helped them get it sorted over the phone in less than 15 minutes and Trupanion covered $223 of my $318 claim. I didn't have to pay the whole amount out of pocket to get reimbursed, either! They paid the hospital directly. Great to save that much money since it happened around the holidays!

No joke claim process is fast and easy and everything claim to be covered was taken care with no problems.
I depended on Healthy Paws on an internet search and I am pleasantly surprised that this company has done everything they claim and more. My pet suffered an injury a few months after the coverage began and I can tell you the claims process is fast and there are no hidden fees or surcharges. I received direct deposit fast and everything on their website that said was covered through the claims process was covered.
