The cost is worth it! When my cat had a terrible reaction to a set of vaccinations, submitting to the insurance was incredibly easy and if I ever had a question, the phone call representatives were always friendly and helpful. Any concerns are always addressed and followed up on. I am very happy with my experience thus far.

It is a good insurance for pets.
It is a good insurance for pets. However, there is a bump in the road when it comes to paying the deductible if you need to take your pet to a vet in the US. The deductible on the Canadian policy is CAD but I had to pay the deductible in Florida in USD so am trying to recoup the difference.

I was very impressed with the help I received and the ease in filing a claim with the ASPCA accident insurance. It was easy to upload the information necessary for the claim and within two weeks, everything was processed and a check was on the way. I definitely recommend this coverage.
