I am very satisfied with my decision to leave my previous pet insurance provider and use Nationwide. It has been a very stress-free process to submit claims and the time frame for receiving refunds has been quick for the most part. The agents are very responsive and the website/phone app are user friendly.

Figo has been awesome! I think their rates are reasonable. I take a pic of the vet bill with my phone and two to four days later the money is in my account. All medicines , surgeries and vet appts have been paid for ASAP! If there is a question about a procedure, your vet cane easily send them an email or phone call to clear it up. Fantastic customer service! My dog has had 2 surgeries and not one hassle from them. I cannot recommend them high enough!

We got the insurance in case there is a major issue, so to the extent we are not using the insurance it is a good thing. The nice part about this insurance coverage is that it covers preventive measures so our vet submits a claim after each visit. The time between a claim being submitted and being paid is excellent.

Excellent service from Trupanion
Trupanion is a great company to work with. Their policies are straightforward and easy to understand. They process claims very quickly and are always pleasant on the phone if you need to talk to someone. Also, and maybe even most important, the premiums are affordable! All 3 of our dogs were seniors at the time we enrolled them.
