Trupanion is very customer friendly
My cat was just diagnosed with a chronic illness and Trupanion made it so easy to submit my invoices to start my claims. I love that Trupanion sends email and text updates as to the status of my claims. It's so much easier than having to keep logging in to see if my invoices have been processed or not.

User friendly claims experience. I filled out the short claim form and attached the invoice(s) and received reimbursement within a few days. I was also provided a detailed breakdown of the payout. The first dog I adopted was a senior and I didn't get pet insurance. I'm so grateful my veterinarian recommended Trupanion this time around. While my home and auto insurance also offers pet insurance, Trupanion appeared to be a better fit and I have not been disappointed. Unfortunately, my puppy was diagnosed with a somewhat rare autoimmune disease and I'm so glad I have insurance to help cover my expenses. After already satisfying my deductible in just a few months, I'm now covered and only responsible for 10% of future covered costs for this condition. That is serious peace of mind! Thank you, Trupanion!

Excellent company to do business with.
We are more than pleased with your fast, efficient service. We have been a customer for 13 years and your company has always been there for us. Our dog has not had too many claims but whenever we submitted one, it was resolved very quickly. We like that we can submit a claim on-line and usually the money deposited in the bank within 5 days which is excellent. Thank you and please keep up the good work.
