Excellent Coverage
Easy to apply for coverage. Phone rep. Answered all my questions. Submitting claims: I can do on my phone with ease. Unsure how premium compares to other pet insurance companies. They have never given me a reason to look.

Healthy Paws! best pet insurance
I have been with Healthy Paws for 5 years with one dog I picked the $250 deductible and 90% coverage. What they cover and how much the reimbursement is, I believe, is clear to understand. My young dog has needed several surgeries and procedures which they have covered as I expected. Claims are easy to make, I use both the phone app and online and sometimes my vet sends in the claims for me, I just email a scanned copy of the bill. Reimbursements are often less than 10 business days. I have emailed and spoken to customer service several times and they are not only prompt with a response but caring and helpful. In the 5 years I have been with them I have only had a few dollars increase unlike some of my friends whose premiums have nearly doubled. I wish my health insurance company was as good as Healthy Paws! Without Healthy Paws, I would not be enjoying the time I am with my dog Sydney! They have saved her life for me!

Have always been there for us and our pets!
We have had your pet insurance since 2007. Your customer service has always been helpful, website is easy to use, it is easy to submit claims and you are prompt with payments. We have the direct deposit and it works great for us. When we talk with other pet owners, we always tell them the importance of getting pet insurance. We highly recommend you to them and tell them we ave only had good experiences. Keep up the great work!
