Having a Pets Best Insurance policy for my Sheltie, Bay Breeze, has definately relieved a lot of the financial headaches that I used to experience when an unexpected medical emergency would arise with my pets. Knowing that I will be reimbursed 90% of the cost of any claim I file for Bay allows me to make choices when it comes to his care based on what is best for him and not on what I can afford to do financially. I no longer worry about how I am going to pay for the unexpected vet visit thanks to my Pets Best policy. No pet owner should be forced to make a decision on their pets care based on what their finances will allow. I highly recommend Pets Best to any pet owner looking for pet insurance. Pets Best rates are reasonable when compared with other companies, their coverage is amazing and the processing time for claims is extremely quick. Knowing that I will never again have to sit at an emergency vet visit stressing about how I will pay for the treatment my pet needs makes Pets Best insurance invaluable to me and my family.

Wish my health insurance was so easy!
I have never been very good at sending my claims in right away, so I'm pleased that I never hear a complaint from Trupanion. I like that there is immediate feedback that the claims have been received and the turnaround on the final settlement is very fast. It has always been such a huge peace of mind to know I can do for my pet what needs to be done, not what I am willing to spend or can afford.

The hospital filled out the forms, within a days or two the situation was being evaluated by Nationwide, I was sent a status report from Nationwide, check in my bank account in about a week. I was amazed.

Nationwide Rocks
My Bernedoodle got very sick a few weeks ago. Throwing up dry heaves etc. Took her to the vet where she received fluids, an anti-nausea shot, and Xrays to see if there was a foreign body in her. Luckily there was not. The bill was close to $500. Yikes!!! Thanks to nationwide I had a check to cover it less my deductible. So fast so easy and they re always so helpful and caring.

Easy claim
I got Nationwide pet insurance from my work, They are straight forward insurance, covers 90% of the claim, except for their exclusions and you can find it in your policy. The only thing I really don’t like is you have the pay out of pocket. Like what if you don’t have that amount of money on hand? And the deductible You pay on your first claim of the year not spread out. But anyway, I’m just glad I have pet insurance.

Felt 100% scammed.
You took both my downpayment and premium and then didn’t officially insure me until 12 days later. All the while knowing the first visit for a new puppy is THE MOST EXPENSIVE. I already wrote to the commissioner. I feel like this has happened to quite a few people and could be actionable. I’m very disappointed in this company at the moment.
