Because in light of current events I feel the outcome was terrible. I will have to call back again unfortunately and there is not enough time or energy to go around presently I am in quarantine and need my rest. To worry about extending my payment date again in ridiculous under the circumstance.

I couldn’t upload the bill to VitusVet so that was frustrating. I emailed it to my work email and went to the nationwide site which was fairly easy.

Fairly easy to navigate
Embrace was helpful when I called. The only reason I didn’t give all 10s was the woman on the phone went very fast and assumed I was computer literate. I am computer capable, but 73 years old and needed a more detailed 1-10 list of what to do. Admittedly my fault, not hers. I needed to continually ask her to slow down and repeat so I could write down her instructions. Perhaps a detailed list of how to put in a claim should be on the website.
