Absolutely FANTASTIC!
I am overjoyed and relieved to have found out last night that Trupanion has covered my puppy’s emergency bill from 2 weeks ago! It was extremely scary to have to take my 7 month old puppy to the animal ER. I felt confident for the first time in my life in telling the vet to go ahead with any and all treatments because I have the safety net of Trupanion Pet Insurance. It took 2 weeks to find out if my claim was accepted. The 2 week wait was excruciating. I understand that these things take time, and in addition we are in the time of COVID that that may have played a part in the delay. I HIGHLY recommend Trupanion. Their operators on the phone are so wonderful and caring.

You deny more than you approve!
I was denied on my claims. But petsbest was always wanting my monthly policy payments on time! Not happy with them at all! I canceled my policy with them!
