The service was UNBELIEVABLE!
I am overwhelmed with gratitude for Nationwide. Our dog recently was stung by an insect, and in the process bit something and broke a bunch of teeth. In the middle of a global pandemic, paying $1600 was overwhelming and terrifying. I called Nationwide to figure out if insurance would cover some of the cost, and the woman I spoke to was helpful, understanding, and so kind. Making a claim was so easy - it only took 5 minutes! And, we got a nearly $1100 reimbursement check within two weeks. I would recommend this service to any pet owner, and I am beyond grateful.

your Claims department is not communication properly and professionally. You should forget the pet insurance business!
No contact on reason for delay of payment on claim. Repeated requests from Vet on condition.. Telephone explanation lame references imagined subject matter expert needing to review.

Dixie is doing great and fully recovered from her procedures
Dixie our 9 year old golden retriever went in for a benign tumor removal, spleen ultrasound and dental extraction and cleaning. All procedures went well and she is now fully recovered. The vet submitted the claim on our behalf and we received our check within a week. Totally painless and well worth the premium we pay annually. Great job nationwide.

I was so happy when I went online recently to submit some claims and discovered that it is now all done online. Hooray! Submitting my claim was sooooo much easier this time and I received my reimbursement so much faster than in the past. I have been very happy with Nationwide since I first joined some four years ago and gladly refer anyone who asks me about pet insurance. I just wish I could afford to have pet insurance on my two cats too.
