Trupanion claims are really foolproof. I like that the vet processes the claim and then I pay any extra. This is much easier than paying up front and then remembering to claim the cost of a vet visit after the event.

The website doesn't show any approximations of pricing besides saying there are many different options. When I called in and talked to Mikaila she was great at answering my questions, but she said she'd email me different types of policies so I could grasp how much monthly payments would be for what I'm looking for and I never received the email. The insurance seems like it would be a good option but I already had an amazing experience talking to someone from another insurance company that went out of his way for me and with another company I could actually get a solid quote.
