My claims are handled efficiently and I especially like that the money goes directly into the bank like a direct deposit. Also I can call customer service and talk with someone. Recently I called about my premium going up. There was some incorrect information on my dog in the files. I explained the vet that gave them the information no longer was in business and I had no way to reach him to correct the information. The representative spoke with her supervisor and they approved the changes. It has been a great company to work with.
