Super easy!!! As I was sitting in the parking lot at the Vet ER I filed my claim. It was so easy!! Also, took a lot of the worry away knowing I had Trupanion!! I heard back from Trupanion within 24 hours of my claim! I was notified each step of the way and I think less than a week later was already reimbursed and the money deposited into my account!

The company is really time-efficiency in reimbursement. We have actually chose them since we got our furry friends in 2015. HealthyPaws is very excellent in insuring us when you have to send your babies to the hospital due to emergency. They supported me a lot when I had to send my cat to be hospitalized in emergency center. I love them!
