Very easy to submit a claim, but each year the monthly costs for the premium get higher and higher. Not sure I can continue next year.

First off pumpkin sent me paper copies of my policies so I can reach for them at any time if I have a question. There are no surprises and everything is very clear. No guessing or wondering. Pumpkin even sent me a mailed ( to my home) EOB ( just like my insurance) which was wonderful. They paid and explained everything and even direct deposited my refund. Very easy to work with and no guessing!! Thank you pumpkin Angela Hill
