Wonderful
Brandy is the 4th boxer that our family has raised over the last 25 years. She is the 1st to be enrolled in a medical insurance plan. What an amazing difference! I never anticipated the benefits of having pet insurance and always dismissed the idea. This time around my husband said that we HAD to have insurance due to our breed's many ailments. The claims are easy to file and the turn around time is much less than I expected. The coverage is awesome with close to dollar for dollar reimbursement.

Although rates are high, the claim was easy
We have had two vet needs since taking out insurance on my Grand-doggy- She is a POMSKY (Pomeranian-Husky). The claim was handled promptly. I have been told about other insurance companies for pets that are less expensive, but I'm happy the claims were easy and quick.

Always have fast processing of my claims. I just hope the yearly premium doesn't continue to increase at the rate last years did. I would hate to cancel due to not being able to afford premium.

Excellent customer service
Charlie, our 10 1/2-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has been covered by Healthy Paws since 2013. As soon as my vet sends the invoice I get an e-mail. Once the claim has a number I get an e-mail. Once the invoice is approved and paid, I get an e-mail and within two days our reimbursement is directly deposited into our bank. I chose Healthy Paws for our dogs (we also have a 3-year-old rescue named Marli) because of the research I did. I asked our office manager of our vet's office what insurance was used the most and she said, "Healthy Paws." I went online and checked them against other companies. If I have questions I can e-mail or call them and always speak to a caring and knowledgable person. Charlie is on a few heart medications now and just yesterday I got an e-mail from customer service asking me how Charlie was feeling and to please let them know, which I did. That's what I call excellent customer service! I highly recommend this company.
