Claim processing has really gotten streamlined
Rosa got a pretty severe cut on her back so we took her in for surgery. I submitted the claim online and was paid for virtually all of iy in a few days. I wish human insurance claims were this easy. Money right into bank too.

Progress isn't always easier.
filing the claim online took longer than when I used to just put the papers in an envelope and mailed them. I didn't have the necessary equipment to scan documents and then email them. my husband had to take them and do them on his work desktop. however the claim turn around time was faster than previous claims.

Trupanion is great.
Every claim I have made with Trupanion has always been great. This time there was new girl at my vets office and she didn't put the claim through like they usually do at my vet so I had to file the claim on line. It was really easy didn't take hardly anytime at all and the cheque came within a week. I will always get pet insurance through Trupanion.

Recent Claim for Roxie
This claim was processed quickly and I received the check reimbursement quickly. On another claim I never received the check. I made two phone calls inquiring about the situation. The first person I spoke to gave me inaccurate information on receiving the check. The second person I spoke to suggested that I request electronic deposit on claims and that has proven to be successful. I
