Having Trupanion is a no brainer for us.

I have two large four year old Black & Tan Coonhounds covered by Trupaniun. It's money very well spent. Most ailments are covered, claims are easy to file and payment is quickly deposited directly into my checking.

I asked Vet office to submit claim two times as I was very surprised I had not received an email from you.

I asked Vet office to submit claim two times as I was very surprised I had not received an email from you. The Vet's office staff were new so I asked them to submit again and, right away, received notification that the claim was reviewed and then the amount payable. You have always been quick to send a statement followed by the amount payable. I appreciate you not sending multiple emails.

Love the auto deposit

I am pleased with the online claims processing. I appreciate the notices I get by email about the claim and love the auto deposit of my refund. I think the premium is high but the coverage is good for my pet’s needs.

Submitting a claim is very easy

We contracted for the wellness and injury plan with Nationwide. So far submitting claims online has been very easy. They review and determine eligibility relatively quickly, and thereafter mail out the payment in a timely fashion. The agent whom we spoke to on the telephone when we first inquired about insurance for our Siberian Husky was very helpful as well.

The ease of filing a claim has got SO much easier! I am glad I have pet insurance!

The new claim process is SO much easier and quicker payments! I am glad I have insurance! When you don't have a lot of money it helps you make those difficult decisions sometimes when it comes down to money :-(

Never had a problem with claims with Nationwide. Forms are easy to find and claims are easy to submit. I receive clear and timely communications to let me know what the status of my claim is including detailed information about coverage. It really does help to know that you have a little extra support and money coming back when you have to spend money to care for your family member.
