Most unreliable insurance company , i bought a plan through Costco website as i am a costco member and their offer discount but they drive you mad , Their underwriter Northbridge insurance is crazy and not pet friendly , they just want 100% security for their money . They started deducting premium from my credit card for months and didn't underwrite the policy and after i asked them they started gathering old medical documents and finally after 3 months made the policy with so many exclusions that it become useless . ADVICE : STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Best decision getting Nationwide Pet Insurance for Daisy.
As our dog Daisy was getting older we knew in order to afford keeping her healthy and to take her to get all her routine shots, not worry if an emergency comes up and of course check-ups, we needed to figure something out. Luckily for me, the company I work for offered Pet Insurance with Nationwide at 50% off. How could I say no to that? Now, it's makes it so much easier taking Daisy to the Veterinarian for regular check-ups, deep teeth cleanings, emergency visits from when she got stung by a bee...twice within 2 months. Submitting a claim is so easy to do and you get your refund deposited directly into your checking account within 2 weeks on average. If you have a pet and have been hesitating on getting Pet Insurance, why are you waiting? You love your pet just like they are your family. So sign up now... The day you need to use your pet insurance you will see it was worth every penny.

Reimbursement is fast and easy !
Being able to take a photo of your vet receipt and submit a claim with your phone is so convenient. It takes me a minute to submit my fur baby’s claims and I get reimbursed within a week straight into my bank account. Getting this coverage has been the best decision I could of made for my senior dog Maggie.

Great Improvement in Service
We've had Pet Insurance on our canine family member since she came to us more than 4 years ago. Nationwide's customer service has improved a lot since we began as customers. The claims process is much easier using the app and paying claims has gotten so much quicker. If payment was made within 30 days when we started, it was a surprise. Our last claim took about 10 days until payment was received. The one issue surrounds using a third party, Chase, to facilitate payments. Including that company adds a couple of days to the process.

There were no issues with whether or not the claim was covered and it was paid promptly.

First off, the process of signing my dogs up for insurance went smoothly, and secondly, the Nationwide customer support on the phone is great. I also like being able to submit claims online and then receiving payment via direct deposit.

Trupanion is the BEST!
As always, Trupanion paid the claim quickly on our dog's on - going condition. Trupanion made this whole treatment process manageable and let me care for our dog instead of worrying about paying for his treatment.
