Excellent Pet Insurance and Excellent Customer Service - No regrets!
I am not one to leave reviews, but I can't say enough about HealthyPaws. Their customer service is the best I have encountered. They make filing claims simple, if they have questions, they facilitate getting the required documents, and they process the claims within two days, in my experience. Payment is received within days of submitting my claims. Whether I call in or send an email, HealthyPaws staff respond immediately and resolve any issue or question. This pet insurance is one of my best investments.

Quick & efficient service!
Took about a week from start to finish to receive my reimbursement! Yay! In the past, it would take over a month for a reply and/or 2nd submission of all paperwork from me to have someone acknowledge receipt of my claim. :( Everything went smoothly this time! Thank you for the great service! 😊
