I recommend pets best to everyone! It is easy to navigate the website. When I submit a claim it's easy to check on progress. I get emails if the claim is taking longer than two weeks to process.

You are asking me for a review for a payment that you say was mailed to me on Dec 5th and I still haven’t received the check. I called and was told to wait for 30 days! This is completely unacceptable.

Easy as Pie claim
It was so easy to file a claim for my 4 legged friend. Just had to uploaded the receipts and 12 months of my pups records for first time and submit. Got a response after a few days and claim was completed with a refund of 80 percent of what was requested. Easy peasy.
