Enrollment was easy and rep very helpful. Explained everything. But I cannot tell if I would recommend Trupanion until I actually have to use it.

I have not processed a claim yet. Enrollment was not smooth. My credit card was rejected. I tried it again 2 days later and it worked.

Trupanion did not pay their portion at time of visit and idont know why. They always do!! They did reimburse me a couple of days but that is the reason I have Trupanion. No claims.
