Staff is great and compassionate unfortunately Trupanion clearly has no interest in rushing payments which is destroying me financially as I have to get huge bank loans at high interest until I get reimbursed.

Staff is kind and helpful but in the end Trupanion is still not willing to expedite payment so I will still need to take extensive bank loans to pay for procedures on my poor little boy until I get reimbursements.

Great customer service, knowledgable representative was able to answer all questions we had, easy procedure of getting things done, clear payment options. Insurance is acceptable in our area by most providers. Skipping getting reimbursement, payments are done by insurance directly to the vet
