Great experience
This was my first time getting pet insurance for a rescue dog, and I won¡¦t go without it again. I had no idea that surgery could be so expensive. My credit card was compromised which led to me having to call Trupanion to resolve Pete payment issues.
My credit card was compromised which led to me having to call Trupanion to resolve Pete payment issues. I did not like that I had to give my credit card number to an agent over the phone. There needs to be a more secure way to resolve the issue.

I've been a customer for 4 years and every year our monthly payment has gone up but this year it went up $13 dollars.

And you claim it has nothing to do with my pets age or health condition but its very ironic that I met my deductible this year and now I am getting my monthly payment increased. Will not be using trupanion again for my next pet.
