I feel that a little bit more should be covered without the 1000. deductable\. Even a small amount could be covered for emergency room attendance The monthly charges are higher since I first started. Thankfully I have not had any serious problems with my dog. The young lady I called when checking my address was very helpful

We are a new member this process has taken way too long for a $90 claim for an ear cream.
We are a new member, this process has taken way too long for a $90 claim for an ear cream.. Apparently, your people were waiting for a vet report after 3/20.. I told your people we switched to a new vet with a mobile service due to the virus and the first vet no longer serviced our dog ..and the new Dr saw her only once for annual shots and this minor ear issue... I'm not pleased.. I'm not canceling yet but getting close too.. My friends said you're great I'm not convinced
