Client oriented company!!
I was impressed with the efficiency and promptness with which claims were responded to and handled. Communications were concise and clear. Checks were promptly cut and mailed. Option was presented for faster payment if I allowed the company to do automatic deposits. But the hard copy was sent without any long delay. I was very impressed with how professional and customer oriented the company strives to be and succeeds in being.

The emergency veterinary hospital worked with Trupanion and my pet's care was pre-approved. I only ended up paying the deductible and 10%! The pre-approval took no time at all and my pet was given the care he needed. So grateful I had Trupanion!
