So easy to submit a claim and your staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and courteous. Premiums are not cheap but Trupanion has provided excellent coverage. I guess you get what you pay for.

All our experiences have been smooth and exactly what we'd hoped. Very easy online submission of all claims and review & payments are done very quickly. The direct deposit of payments is very fast and so much better than being mailed (we tried the mailing of payments initially and now have switched and it's usually w/in 2-3 days after approval.
