Uploading my receipts to process my claim on a Friday and to be reimbursed the following Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week is by far the fastest I’ve ever been serviced. I wish all healthcare was like this for humans!

Cat Emergency!
I had an emergency with my cat, and had to take her to the emergency vet hospital. Without the insurance, it would have cost me around $10,000 to get her healthy again. I especially appreciated the fact that the hospital was willing to apply first to Trupanion before they asked for my share. Most veterinary offices and hospitals would make me pay upfront, and then reimburse me. They clearly trusted Trupanion.

Pumpkin is a great insurance company to work with! Everyone is pleasant, helpful & quick to help. They keep their customers informed about claims, payments & any changes to policy. They recently updated their speed of reimbursement for payment of services that have been pre-authorized. I tell every pet parent I meet that they have to get Pumpkin Insurance! I highly recommend them.
