I have had an ongoing issue with my pet and Trupanion keeps trying to bill me for additional deductibles even though in every new claim I reference the first claim for the issue when I paid the deductible.
I have had an ongoing issue with my pet and Trupanion keeps trying to bill me for additional deductibles even though in every new claim I reference the first claim for the issue when I paid the deductible. I keep having to appeal which is endlessly frustrating, time-consuming, and I keep having to involve my Veterinarian who is busy helping pets. It is making me consider shopping for new insurance for Bowie. Trupanion sounded great on paper, but now that Bowie is experiencing health issues it is proving to almost be more trouble than it is worth for $35 dollars every month.
