However, this could not be further from the truth with Trupanion. When we found out our dog had a brain tumor, Trupanion was there to support us. Trupanion has exceptional customer support, are very responsive to urgent pre-approval requests, have a quick and easy claim payment process, and most importantly, clearly show that they care about our pets. The support they've provided during this very difficult time has been invaluable.
