Can't Cancel/Stop Auto-renew?!?
I can not believe this company does not have a way to turn off the auto-renew of the policy. You have to call the day before and actually CANCEL the policy to prevent them from charging your card again. They are higher than most of the other companies. I've done the comparisons and will be going to another company. This was my first time having pet insurance. I did have to file 1 claim. Once the vet sent the information in, then I was able to get the reimbursement.

I recently submitted my first claim for my golden retriever, and overall the experience was great. The online system was having trouble uploading my vet invoice, so I called in. They immediately apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a direct email to send the bill so they could process the claim. It took about a week or so, and I received my reimbursement pretty quickly. So far, I’m really happy with the service. I’ve never had pet insurance before, but based on this experience, I definitely recommend it.
