Very grateful
Took maybe 2.5 weeks, but thats okay, we got back everything we could. Fetch was helpful when I needed to update some account information, and when we had to submit claims for an emergency vet visit and bladder stones removal surgery with multi day hospital stay, we got back our full policy's allowance with no hang-ups.
