We love Trupanion!
We love Trupanion! We have a dog we rescued from a puppy mill that has allergies, so he is on daily meds and the special serum - plus, ear infections. We met our $500 deductible long ago and now that is covered at 90 percent! Also, we love knowing the sky is the limit for saving our dogs should they have an accident or get sick. Trupanion always pays promptly and without a hassle! I recommend them to all of my puppy people!

Biggles, 19 yo, recovered from pancreatitis
Our 19 yo cat became very ill so we took him to the ER vet near us. We had no hesitancy over the cost because we had Trupanion. Biggles was hospitalised for 3 days with pancreatitis, which he survived, because we were able to approve all the suggested treatments without worrying if we could afford it. Within a week, Trupanion had sent us a cheque to reimburse most of the cost. Thank you to our vet and to Trupanion! Our old boy is back home and all better.

ASPCA pet insurance rocks
We've had ASPCA for over four years and have had nothing but the best service and claims paid timely. Annabelle has Addison's Disease and we have to give her pills everyday and a shot every four weeks. We have never had an issue with payment or processing of our claims. ASPCA makes it easier for us to care for Annabelle because of the reimbursement. You never know when an accident or illness will befall a pet, this makes it easier to pay for their care.

Fast Turnaround!
Claims are turned around in a couple of days, payment to my bank immediately follows. Even when I had to make an appeal, the appeal was approved within 48 hours, and payment was immediate.

Good Program, slow to pay
The experience was good, however I received the email notice of what my reimbursement would be a week ago and have not yet received payment.
