I was compensated quickly

Found ourselves with our 6month old pup showing signs of pneumonia. Of course we had to find out with x-ray and other tests. Although nervous, we needed to find out. I worried we would get thru this and then have back and forth calls, paperwork and all going back and forth with insurance. I was relieved to see that it all was smooth and the money was in very, very shortly. Relief for that experience and knowing future ones, if needed, will be the same. Thank you. Staff was tremendous.
