It was so smooth and easy. There wasnt a point when I was stressed about how we were going to come up with the money. I will say that over the years the monthly payments have almost doubled which is understandable and also hard to swallow, unless of course something happens. Thanks for being there.

The claim was easy to complete. I was thinking I would have more covered or the amount of the vet visit. The folks I spoke to were very friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting on my payment to arrive by mail as I have not had the time to the direct deposit yet.
