My puppy had to have surgery unexpectedly. I submitted all the paperwork for the claim and after the deductible the amount owed back to me was deposited to my account in a matter of a few days. Great response time.

DISHONEST BILLING PRACTICES
i changed my credit card in their online portal, the continued to bill my old card for MONTHS and REFUSED TO HELP UNTIL MY POLICY WAS UP FOR RENEWAL. claimed that there was no other card on my account when I could clearly see it online in their portal in my account,

Financial information stored without authorization
Purchased a policy last year for 1 year term. Paid for it with my credit card. They kept my credit card information on file without my consent and auto renewed my policy without my authorization. No possibility to cancel the renewed policy online even though I purchased initially the policy fully online. To purchase the policy , they allow you to get a quote and purchase it fully online, but when it comes to cancel a policy, you will have to waste your time calling them . Tried calling them. Stayed over 20 minutes on the phone, no one answered. Really upset with what they are doing now
