Need to Re-enroll
The need for ur phone rep to continuously upsell not appreciated. I have been on autopay for five years and in aug/sept missed two payments due to card being compromised. The inability to pay and continue coverage was not appreciated. Especially when i now have to pay $10 more /month.

I wish they had direct billing
I wish they had direct billing. If you forget to submit and it’s past 90 days, they don’t reimburse you. 90 days seems fair but life happens and when it’s busy, it goes by fast. Other than that, I like them but will go with a company with direct billing with just as good reviews next time.
