My experience with Embrace has been amazing.
As everyone knows having a sick pet is like having a sick child. Nothing could be worse. Having to fight with an insurer is adding injury to insult. When I needed a pre-certification at the 11th hour for a very expensive cancer diagnosis, the adjusters at Embrace bent over backwards to deliver. And every time I've submitted a claim since then, Embrace has been prompt with payment. I also feel that the Embrace team truly cares about my dog. They even have a fantastic Facebook page where they posted his picture and I received tons of messages of support! How kind is that? I've recommended Embrace to all of my pet-owning friends.

I was so pleased with Molly's insurance plan. Her claim was processed and was reimbursed for about 80% of her bill (this was minus some of her deductible) within two weeks of filing the claim. Thank goodness her results came back from the lab as benign.

Nationwide is fast and efficient. I’m so grateful that I had them. Riley was bit by another dog and the wound became infected. I was taking him to the vet daily. Nationwide had me reimbursed within two weeks for each claim.

Fast and easy claim submission
Submission of my cat’s claim form was so easy through the website. The response time was immediate and my claim was reviewed and approved within a few days. I received my reimbursement check a few days later. Very good experience.

Embrace was hassle free when it came to paying my bills as they were submitted from my pets doctors.
I would highly recommend Embrace, they were hassle free when it came to paying the bills for my Boxers illness of DM . Which gave me peace of mind knowing I could give my pet the best care necessary. You never know if its going to happen to your pet, but if it does Embrace is there . Even minor injury's they took care of hassle free.

It is so easy to file a claim with Embrace and before you know it, your refund is in your checking account! Piece of cake. The big people insurers would do well to study this company! Also easy to talk with a real person if you need to.

So glad I had Embrace
My 4 year old male kitty, Willy, had to have emergency perineal urethrostomy surgery to alleviate a urinary blockage that they could not get out. Embrace covered everything at 90% minus my $250 deductible (close to $3,300) and I received my check in a timely manner. I had bought pet insurance early on to plan ahead for medical issues much later in the future, not thinking that I would have an emergency so early on in his life, but I am so glad that I had it. Thank you Embrace!!
