THANK HEAVENS FOR EMBRACE
i bought my policy about 5 years ago when my first dog was just a puppy.. then a year later added another puppy to my policy. i also bought the wellness package at the time i bought the policy. choosing EMBRACE was the best thing i have done. they are so responsive when i make claims. the later part of last year 2017 and continuing into this year i will have some big claims as my pups are having some problems.so far they have covered all claims without a fuss. i can only say great things about EMBRACE. THEIR WEBSITE IS TERRIFIC AND SO ARE THE EMAILS . VERY INFORMATIVE.

Well I submitted a claim on 15 January I was told that the check went out on the 23rd for $115 and today is February 2 and I still have not received the check the turnaround time that I was told was Generally three weeks I wish it was sooner Not pleased

I missed a payment and I phone right away and rescheduled it.
I missed a payment and I phoned right away and rescheduled it. But then I got email saying check payment info but I already phoned to reschedule but had to phone again because of email then after I called and complained and they made sure it was on computer which was. Then after that call I received a phone call next day saying update my payment method. So I shouldn’t be getting calls or emails if I rebooked payment date. I’m not to happy about this. It made me angry and upset. It’s not right it kept happening after changed payment date. Fix your system

The specialist answered my question but I wasn't happy with the fact that money was withdrawn from my account without warning. I understand my annual renewal but automatically taking from me when I wasn't prepared could have caused issues, financially.
