Professionalism service
Called in regards to concerns about placing a claim online and Alice walked me through the process and what I needed to do. Also asked her another question which I should of checked on long ago and again gave me all the information and what I needed to do now and in the future. Love Trupanion!! Why have I never had Nationwide Insurance for my pet before?
Our cat, Bob T Cat, is the first animal we have ever had with insurance. I always thought it was a waste of money because nothing would be covered. Boy was I wrong! I am amazed at what items his insurance covers and how quickly the claims are processed and paid. The ability to get payments electronically is also a blessing. I will never own another pet without Nationwide insurance and would highly recommend it for anyone that owns a pet.

When my Vet said surgery, I knew we were covered and didn't worry about cost.
When the Vet said TPLO surgery, I knew we were covered and didn't worry about the cost. Once I filed the claim, I got an email stating the claim will be reviewed. It was no more than 10 days later I received my money electronically, I have made claims before for another family pet and again swift and prompt service. The way in which you file is easy, it takes less than 5 minutes to file a claim.

The easiest claim I have ever submitted
I submitted my claims both by mail and by email. They were both so easy to navigate through. Not sure how the other Pet Insurance claim processes are but right now I am glad I went with nationwide. Shadow is too!!!
