I was going to cancel due to some financial issues,
I was going to cancel due to some financial issues, but after talking with the rep I decided to increase my deductible and continue my coverage for my dogs. I had an old claim that I forgot about and she encouraged me to file it. The online claim filing was great and I received my check a week later!

happy with Trupanion, just not sure why my vet's office always has to send it twice before you get it. I always have to call Trupanion and then my vet's office again to resend.

They do what they say they will do without any complications! They cover all my wellness needs and all of my sick visits! I have a golden who ate everything in sight and needed surgery, there were never any questions or complications with reimbursements!
