Now that our pet is in the Met Life System, the payment process went very smoothly and was done quickly. Loading the documents was easy and fast.

If you have a fur baby, get Nationwide Pet Insurance. You will not regret it if you do. But you will regret it if you don't!
I would rate 10 stars if I could. I adopted my sweet pup and immediately enrolled in Nationwide Pet Insurance. I selected the policy with the $250 deductible and 50% reimbursement. I cannot tell you how great it is to know that no matter what, they will be there. My sweet pup passed at the age of 4 due to pancreatitis and left me with a broken heart and huge $11,800 bill. I filed a claim and had a check within a week for 50% of that bill. Not only did they refund me a policy over payment but they also sent a sweet card to share their condolences. I am working on adopting 2 new pups and Nationwide Pet Insurance will be my first call once I get them home. I know we do not plan for our babies to get sick but it is so much easier knowing that you are protected financially and it allowed me to give my baby a better chance at fighting even though he did not make it. I knew I did everything I could.

I just got pet insurance for the first time. I’m so glad I added the wellness because it helps pay for all the puppy visits and vaccines. I submitted my claim and was paid in 24 hours.
Storm & Shadow are protected
The agent, Jennifer was very patient and helpful. She answered all my questions and found the best policy for the new additions to my family. I hope I'll only have to use it for wellness care but I'm relieved that I have coverage just in case.

Shameful
Shameful. After paying dutifully into our coverage for 11 years they more than doubled our premium in one year without raising our coverage. So we would always be paying them more than ever possibly receiving. It is shameful and disgraceful and heartbreaking. Leaving us high and dry in Rocky’s final years.

Very easy to renew plans
Easy to sign up and renew. Having this offered benefit is nice to have and to have it payroll deducted is nice so you don't have to worry about paying an extra bill each month
