Pumpkin has been beyond extremely helpful for our family. They’ve covered so many things for us that, without them, would have been very difficult to afford. Most recently, our little girl Brooklynn (Boston Terrier) had to have 12 teeth removed and needed to see a dental specialist. The total cost came out to $5,600, and Pumpkin covered $5,000 of it. Even more impressive, the reimbursement was in our account within just 17 minutes. That level of support and speed is incredible. Seemless and quick payment!
I received reimbursement for my claim 5 days after submitting my claim. Not only that, but the process was seemless and paid without hassle. For all the Great Dane/GDV prone breed people out there, there IS coverage that covers LAG/gastropexy procedures (I've had some conversations with people insisting that 'no insurance will cover gastropexies'). When I call I can get a live friendly agent who is knowledgeable and can give me information on the status of my claim. After the call I am satisfied with the information that was given. A payment link was given so I could decide how I wanted to receive my payment from the claim.
