We did not expect to have to use Figo
We did not expect to have to use the insurance as we did. Our puppy ate rocks and needed emergency surgery. The bill was close to 10K. Thankfully we had Figo insurance and the process was easy. We submitted online and within two weeks the money was in our account. I highly recommend them.

I was told I would receive an email to request payments for claims to be direct deposit instead of mail. I have been promised and told this multiple times but still have not received the email. Please make this process simple. Otherwise, experience is ok.
