Great communication/Fast processing.
We had an emergency trip to the vet for our 4yo GSD who was a rescue. Everything was covered exactly as we expected according to our selected policy and its underwriting terms (of which I read every word because I don't like surprises). The submission process was simple (upload required docs online and you're done). We received notice of direct deposit having been sent 3 business days after our final docs* were sent in. *The only delay was between initial submission and Pets Best requesting 12mo vet records - as we had just adopted about 4 months ago, we didn't have 12mo of records. The fix for this was simple enough so our delay was miniscule. Even with this tiny (but understandable) delay, we were 10 calendar days from submitting a claim to payment being sent. Logistics aside: it was PRICELESS to not have to decide anything at the Emergency Vet. Knowing that we were covered no matter the cost made it much easier handle the whole emergency.

I love Nationwide Insurance they are Fabulous!!!
Nationwide is a great, they make everything easy to do, and in less than three weeks after submitting my claim I had my funds transferred into our bank account. I wouldn't look any place else for pet insurance.

Very pleased with everything about Pets Best!
My cat became very constipated and had to spend the night at the emergency pet hospital. Everything was covered and filing the clam was easy. He has had several follow up visits and the claims have been paid promptly. I also find the premiums extremely competitive when you compare to other plans.

Good customer service!
I have been using Pets Best for a couple years now. The only thing is you have to pay up front and then are reimbursed but I think all pet insurance is that way. They have helped me a ton. It's important to know that you can take care of those you love most. If you are looking for insurance w/ good customer service and to have your claim processed in a timely manner, Pets Best is a good choice.

Fantastic Service
I recently had to go through the process of submitting a claim through Nationwide for a major medical issue my dog had. I have to say that the process was amazingly easy, very efficient and I received my payment in an extremely short amount of time! I was able to submit my bills and claim through an app on my phone. Simply fantastic. Great job Nationwide!

I love the easiness of the claims, the electronic refund. it makes us feel so secure that no matter what happens to Zoey we can take her to the vet and don't have to suffocate in bills. I love this program and recommend it to everyone that I know ESPECIALLLY to puppy owners.
