Customer service is always prompt and courteous

Simply Amazing!

I purchased insurance for Harley Quinn thinking it would help with first year preventive claims and she would be set for later years. To my great surprise she jumped off the couch and broke her leg at 14 weeks old! This was a very stressful and costly experience. The claim process and direct deposit of funds couldn't be any easier. Customer Service has been very helpful and eased all of my concerns. I am telling every one that has a pet about Nationwide!

Glad I have Embrace!!

I am so glad I have Embrace Pet Insurance. My dog, Josie, became ill very quickly and we performed tests and hospitalized her. Before this, I did not need to use her insurance. The claim was simple to fill out and reimbursement was prompt. Thank you, Embrace!!

Dog Bite

I Thank God that I have nationwide pet insurance. When Maisie was attacked by another dog the vet bills were in excess of $1000 I got most of that back and I’m glad it wasn’t an earth shattering expense.

Embrace is the best pet insurance available.

I get the feeling that Embrace cares more about the health of my pet then they do about making money. My invoices are paid promptly, and there is no questioning about the reason for going to the vet.

First Claim for Dog Attack and Having Embrace Insurance was a Relief

My four-year old healthy Shih-poo and I were out for a walk on a beautiful Saturday. I had just picked up her waste and she was sitting next to me on her short leash waiting when from behind us, a large pit bull Labrador mix (I do not want to generalize on a particular breed, but that happened to be who attacked Lacy unprovoked) jumped on Lacy and pinned her down. It seems the owner had lost control when his dog spotted Lacy. The dog proceeded to bite into Lacy’s neck and shoulder. It was horrible and seemed forever until the owner could get his dog off of Lacy. I had to take Lacy to Saturday emergency vet hospital immediately. I called Embrace on Monday, my vet submitted the claim for me on Tuesday, my claim was approved by Thursday, and my reimbursement was in my bank on Friday. Wow! I have $200 deductible with 90% coverage and Embrace waived my deductible because I had never made a claim in 4 years. And the owner is covering my out-of-pocket costs. Please if you want a pet, think of them as a family member and get insurance for them starting as a healthy puppy. I totally recommend Embrace and other family members have done the same for their dogs. Thank you, Embrace. And Lacy is recovering. We are getting a protective vest for future walks just for some prevention.

Other than the fact that you failed to change one of our policies since last June the response I received was an apology and immediate change to that dogs policy which will go into effect next month.
