Abby was very helpful and friendly.
Abby was very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable. I haven’t submitted the claim we were talking about yet, so I’m not sure if the issue will be resolved as I was advised it would be. I’ve always appreciated how easy it is to make a claim, and how quickly I get reimbursed. I just wish the premiums wouldn’t jump as much as they do, and that is why I hesitate to recommend any pet insurance to friends, however, Trupanion would be the one I would recommend if I do feel they’ll benefit.

Quick and Comprehensive
My dog needed emergency surgery after ingesting a piece of towel. It was a major surgery including two days stay for observation. Claim was easy to submit via mobile and the website updated as the claim was processed. The payment was above expected and helped to ease the burden of an unforeseen event. My dog is doing well as are my finances :)

My dog, Lady Bird had been insured by another company and uploading documents was impossible. There were constant error messages! While I never filed a claim in the 2 years that I had them, I also never uploaded any vet bills that may have offset the deductible because of the hassle. I contacted customer service regarding the issue, and when they suggested that I call them in the future instead of using their website, I switched pet insurance. Read great reviews for ASPCA so signed up in Feb. 2018. Of course, a little over a month later my dog was bitten at doggie daycare. Emergency surgery and 14 stitches and a large vet bill. What would have been a nightmare, if I had to deal with the other carrier, was amazingly smooth. Filed the claim and before the sutures have even been removed, the first invoice has been paid and directly deposited into my checking account. Phenomenal. I cannot recommend them enough!

Trupanion is the best pet insurance out there. I spent days researching all the options and we are very happy we chose Trupanion
Trupanion pet insurance is honestly the best out there. We have been pleased every time we need to use it. The trupanion express is fast and convenient and we pay our 10% at checkout without having the hassle of paying the entire bill then sending it in and waiting to be reimbursed. I only have positive things to say about Trupanion as they have never let us down. The relief just knowing our dog will never be denied a vet visit due to not being able to afford the vet visit or treatment is such a relief. After all our fur babies are family and they deserve the best.

Speedy and accurate!
We turn in a variety of claims for our Daphne who has ongoing medications and occasional illnesses and the turnaround is always quick and we see the refunds promptly.
