I was going to cancel due to some financial issues,
I was going to cancel due to some financial issues, but after talking with the rep I decided to increase my deductible and continue my coverage for my dogs. I had an old claim that I forgot about and she encouraged me to file it. The online claim filing was great and I received my check a week later!

happy with Trupanion, just not sure why my vet's office always has to send it twice before you get it. I always have to call Trupanion and then my vet's office again to resend.

Very helpful, I receive my reimbursement right away, and they do what they advertise! Great service! I have really enjoyed this insurance. They do what they say they will do without any complications! They cover all my wellness needs and all of my sick visits! I have a golden who ate everything in sight and needed surgery, there were never any questions or complications with reimbursements!

Great Company
I work with a lot of pet insurance companies through work and decided on Pets Plus Us. They have had great service, very reliable. I've never had a claim that I thought was wrongly denied. I find their prices reasonable compared to other companies. I like that they pay for exam fees, and rehab. I also love their underwriting service where they will tell you exactly what is pre-existing and not covered based on your pet's medical history. And if the coverage isn't to your liking, you can easily cancel before you even get charged. Customer service has always been great.
