Amazing!

My baby boy is not getting any younger and we recently decided to purchase insurance, given how expensive vet bills can get. A few months after purchasing insurance, Pancho decided to eat a foreign object, which caused him nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and loss of appetite. We spent an entire day at the vet, doing x-rays, an ultrasound and giving him IV fluids. He finally recovered, but the bill was considerable. I submitted all the invoices to Nationwide and they processed it very quickly and sent us the check for the total amount covered under the insurance...no questions asked, no hassle, no issues and super quick. I am a happy customer with peace of mind :)

Great customer service, easy to understand, prompt action.

This company has been very easy to work with with my dog's torn acl repairs. They covered claims as promised, promptly. The online system is easy to use to check claim status. My only reason for not rating it 10/10 is that the annual premium is high compared to other insurance companies that friends and clients use.

I was very happy with a claim I made recently through my vet hospital and they were even able to direct bill Trupanion.

I was very happy with a claim I made recently through my vet hospital and they were even able to direct bill Trupanion. My dog was very sick and unfortunately didn’t not make it home. It was a very smooth and easy process to deal with Trupanion. There were no questions in regard to treatment and paid the hospital promptly which would mean I was not $4000 out of pocket. I highly recommend them.
